The Rocking Band The Tool has announced a huge, nationwide tour for 2022. The band will be taking three months to travel across all 50 states in the USA before visiting Europe.
Like many bands, Tool had plan to go on tour last year, announcing concerts in February. By June, however, the band formally canceled the tour.
It is with great pleasure I get to announce our return to the road,” Tool drummer Danny Carey said in a statement. “These past 18 months have been trying to say the least but from great trials come great lessons and great rewards. We are genuinely looking forward to sharing them with you.
Tool is coming back to Eugene, Oregon next year just as the pandemic hits. They’ve never broken from their tour in this city before so it will serve as another kickoff for them on January 10 at Matthew Knight Arena.
They have announced that they will make their highly anticipated trek to Eugene, Oregon as a nod to the abrupt halt in 2020 “Fear Inoculum” tour. Slated for March 12th at Matthew Knight Arena and scheduled shows nationwide with remaining dates was canceled due lockdowns starting that evening.
“We’re back on the road! I can’t wait to share with you what these past 18 months have taught us and given back in return for your support. There will be great lessons, rewards – all new material recorded just for this tour.”
The tour will have Blonde Redhead on board as the opening act from January 10th to February 19th, while The Acid Helps take over their usual slot for two months and go all-out with a five city mini pop up rager! You can see every stop below.
