Rowen Seibel is a man of many talents which he developed at a very young age through his many successful business ventures. Some of these early exciting ventures included a baseball card business and a candy business.

Rowen then took his love for business into his adult life and professional career. He took his hand in the real estate industry and did his first public deal on behalf of Rodale Press. Seibel even introduced CBRE and their brokerage team to the Rodale team. He was an integral part of every step of this process. He helped secure the space and had the building named after Rodale, where they remain to this day. This deal was extremely successful and was even named the most indigenous of the year (2004) by REBNY.

Seibel then worked his way to Las Vegas where he made a huge imprint on their retail real estate industry. One of his most exciting projects included working on the real estate portion of the famous Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rowen put together innovative ideas for the layout, development, restaurant selection, and brand choices. He used his creativity to make decisions based on what would attract visitors and lead them past the famous ground floor.

His next impressive accomplishment involved acquiring the rights to Serendipity Restaurants worldwide in 2005. Rowen has now received licensing deals in major cities and states such as Florida, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Dubai, and Tokyo.

Seibel also partnered with Caesar’s Palace in developing Old Homestead Las Vegas Steakhouse. He worked diligently to re-engineer the menu for New York and Atlantic City while keeping the mystique of New York’s famous Meatpacking location.  Rowen also collaborated with Caesar’s Entertainment to finance and develop multiple brands for prestigious chef, Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay isn’t the only celebrity chef that Seibel has partnered with. Seibel also worked with master chef Masaharu Morimoto and brought him to MGM Corporation. During this deal, Rowen oversaw everything from financing, planning, strategizing, and marketing.

Once he completed these major projects on the Vegas Strip, he moved on to his next restaurant project with Rise and Shine breakfast brand. This involved choosing the right real estate, financing the development, and assisting in further expansion of the brand.

Outside of the restaurant industry, Seibel has continued his career in real estate by buying and selling millions of dollars in real estate. He continues to find success through financing within hospitality developments and private equity investments. Rowen chooses his business ventures carefully and looks for projects that impact the market and produce a profit for himself and those involved.

Outside of his professional career, Rowen enjoys traveling the world with his wife Bryn. He keeps himself busy and builds his entrepreneurial career by diversifying his professional ventures (he has even produced movies)!

Rowen Seibel also takes pride in contributing to the community around him. Some of his charitable involvement includes lung and brain cancer research, St Jude’s, NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center, Ramaz School Hatzalah, Keep Memory Alive, Hour Children etc. He also developed an event at Cipriani 42nd St. to contribute to various charities supporting those who were affected by 9/11.
