Kaufhold Gaskin Gallagher LLP Announces Growth and Name Change with Addition of Lateral Partner from Ropes & Gray

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Leading corporate and business litigation boutique, Kaufhold Gaskin LLP, announced today the addition of partner Richard “Rick” Gallagher, who was the co-Managing Partner of Ropes & Gray’s California offices. The firm further announced its new name, Kaufhold Gaskin Gallagher LLP.

Gallagher is a 20-year veteran of the securities and corporate litigation bar with significant trial and corporate litigation experience representing public companies and funds in California and throughout the United States. He has prevailed as lead counsel in major securities class actions on behalf of public company clients such as LPL Financial and TriNet, and has represented dozens of public and private companies and funds in high value disputes since 2000. He has significant experience in the technology, life sciences, and fund industries, among others.
