Glonary® Awards Names Twelve Honorees in the 2026 Women in Business Program

Recipients were drawn from a field of participants representing more than thirty countries. The twelve nominations conferred divide evenly between product leadership and revenue and operations architecture.

The Glonary® Awards Organizing Committee has announced the twelve recipients of the 2026 Women in Business program, the second annual edition of the category. The official register of honorees was published on July 30, 2026, at the conclusion of the review period.

The program follows a fixed schedule. Submissions closed on July 15, 2026. The Jury Panel conducted its review between July 16 and July 29, 2026, and the Organizing Committee published the official register of honorees on July 30, 2026.

A field spanning more than thirty countries

Participants in the 2026 Women in Business program represented more than thirty countries. The category was open to founders, executives, entrepreneurs and change-makers, and to companies, startups, nonprofits, creators, agencies and innovation teams across any industry.

Entries were required to be submitted in English and to concern work either active or completed within the preceding twenty-four months. Under the program rules, all entries are assessed on merit, without regard to the size, location or budget of the entrant.

How the honorees were determined

Each honoree was independently identified and evaluated by the Jury Panel against five criteria: originality and innovation; strategic logic; measurable results and impact; category alignment; and long-term sustainability.

The program operates without a public voting component, and sponsors and partners have no influence over scoring or results.

The twelve nominations conferred

Each recipient was recognised under a distinct nomination, recorded in the official register. The nominations awarded in the 2026 Women in Business program were:

—  Leadership in AI Product Strategy

—  Excellence in Digital Product Leadership

—  Excellence in Product Management Execution

—  Leadership in Marketplace Product Innovation

—  Leadership in Business Operations Excellence

—  Excellence in Commercial Operations Strategy

—  Leadership in Revenue Operations Support

—  Excellence in Organizational Operations Leadership

—  Leadership in Revenue Process Innovation

—  Excellence in Marketing Operations & Revenue Architecture

—  Leadership in Product Strategy & User Experience

—  Innovation in Emerging Product Technologies

What the 2026 slate reflects

Read as a group, the twelve nominations divide evenly. Six recognise product leadership — spanning AI product strategy, digital and marketplace product ownership, product management execution, user experience, and emerging product technologies. The remaining six recognise operational and revenue architecture: business operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, organisational leadership, revenue process innovation, and marketing operations.

Taken together, the 2026 Women in Business register weights toward the disciplines that build and sustain commercial infrastructure rather than those that front it — the systems, processes and product decisions on which measurable performance depends.

Statement from the Organizing Committee

“Recognition in this program is conferred on the merits of the record reviewed,” said Patrick Bovis, Director of the Glonary Awards Organizing Committee. “Each of the twelve honorees was assessed independently, against published criteria, on the strength of documented work. The breadth of this year’s register reflects how widely that standard is being met.”

Recognition

Honorees in the Women in Business program receive formal confirmation of their nomination and digital recognition assets, and are featured across Glonary’s official channels. Recipients and finalists are additionally invited to contribute to expert panels, speaking programs and editorial features.
