Set up your search criteria as you wish by first running a search in the Finder. A search box will appear at the top right, which you can use to filter your searches as you wish. After you have completely set all your searches, click save and give the Smart Folder a name. It will save and appear at the Sidebar, where you can open it anytime you want to access your searches.
