The Best Early Amazon Prime Day Deals You Can Get Right Now!

“Amazon devices are pretty much always at bargain basement prices on Prime Day,” says Nathan Burrow, Wirecutter’s senior deals editor. This includes things like the Echo smart speaker series, Kindle e-readers, Fire TV and Fire tablets, Ring doorbells, eero home Wi-Fi systems, and more. (You can see all deals on Amazon devices here.) Kristin McGrath, editor and shopping expert at BlackFriday.com, agrees and notes that in addition to Amazon devices, Amazon’s own fashion and home essentials lines will also have great deals. (Remember that many of these deals are only for Prime members; you can get a 30-day free trial of Prime here and cancel anytime).

In fact, Amazon is already releasing deals on its devices (like two Echo Dots for the price of one). Below are six of the best deals you can score right now; we will be updating this story as new deals on Amazon devices come out.

Amazon Prime Day deals are just around the corner, so things are heating up in the world of Amazon discounts. In fact we’re already seeing a massive range of early Prime Day deals on Echo devices hitting the shelves this week, and competition from other retailers is starting to ramp up as well.

Amazon Prime Day is a 48 hour sales period dedicated to rewarding Prime members with exclusive discounts across a wide range of categories. That means you’ll need to have an active Prime subscription to take part in this year’s Prime Day deals, but luckily Amazon is offering a 30 day free trial right now.

While Prime Day deals do touch on a wide range of products, we see the best offers on Amazon’s own devices. That rings true for the early Prime Day deals already hitting the shelves this week. The Amazon Echo Dot and Amazon Echo are both available for record low prices right now, with discounts that we don’t see being beaten during the main event.

You do have to pick up two speakers to get this excellent offer, though, with a two-pack Echo Dot bundle available for $49.98 (was $99.98) and the main Echo sitting at $119.98 (was $199.98) for two.

However, we’re also seeing early Prime Day deals on devices that have only recently hit the market. The Echo Frames are seeing their first price cut, now down to $174.99 (was $249.99), meanwhile the latest generation Echo Buds are available for $79.99 (was $119.99). The fact that both of these devices are so new to the shelves, and have only just seen their biggest discounts ever, means we’re unlikely to see them dropping their prices again once Amazon Prime Day 2021 fully kicks off next week.

Of course, we’re expecting this year’s Prime Day deals to hit a wide range of tablets, laptops, TVs, headphones, smartwatches and more. However, the bigger brands are usually kept for sales much closer to the main event. While many of these hotter items will likely take extra price cuts when Amazon Prime Day does officially begin, there are still a range of non-Prime deals up for grabs; some of which may not be beaten next week.

When it comes to scoring good deals on electronics during Prime Day, Best Buy might not be the first store that comes to mind—but every year during the two-day deals event, the tech retailer offers discounts that match (and in some cases beat) Amazon’s pricing. This year, whether you’re looking to upgrade your smartphone or score a new pair of wireless headphones, you’ll most likely find what you need at Best Buy’s Bigger Deal Savings Event, which runs through June 22.

Though the date may change from year to year, one thing is guaranteed: Amazon Prime Day is is bound to have some of the biggest shopping deals online during the retailer’s annual sale.

Amazon Prime Day 2021 is taking place this year on June 21st and 22nd. If you’re looking to spruce up your home after a year in quarantine, or just pick up where you left off with spring cleaning (no judgement), then Amazon has some of the best home and kitchen deals right around the corner.

So, you’re ready to shop for this year’s hottest deals, but not so fast. You’ll need to have an Amazon Prime subscription to get access to the top discounts. Lucky for you, though, Amazon has a 30-day free Prime trial for new members so you can take advantage of all the discounts over the two-day sale period. Signed up, but not sure where to start? We’ve already listed some of our favorite Amazon Prime Day deals under $100 here. You can also check out our full guide with Amazon’s latest Prime discounts here, so you won’t miss a single deal.

Amazon Prime Day officially starts on Monday, June 21, but in a way it’s already happening. As always, Amazon has rolled out a growing number of early deals, including some of the best prices we’ve seen on products like the Echo Auto, Echo Frames (2nd-gen), Echo Buds (2nd-gen) and Luna Controller. Note that you’ll need to be a Prime member to take advantage of most of these discounts.

Before we dive into those, take note that other retailers, including Walmart and Target, have announced competing sales. Best Buy’s Bigger Deal event is happening right now, with more and better deals appearing daily, and Kohl’s is getting in on the Prime Day action with a Wow Deals event on June 21-22.

In addition to the early Amazon deals listed below, check out these other incentives:

Don’t already have an Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card? Now’s the time to sign up: You’ll immediately receive a $150 Amazon gift card upon approval.

Amazon Prime members can get six free months of Amazon Music Unlimited with the purchase of select Echo devices. However, those devices are barely discounted at the moment. Wait for June 21 and you’ll likely see much lower prices on the Amazon device of your choice — and the freebie offer is good through June 22, so you won’t miss out.

Don’t need another Echo? No problem: Amazon is offering four free months of Amazon Music Unlimited to new subscribers — no purchase necessary. (Note that you’ll get billed at the regular rate after that, unless you cancel.)

Prime members can also get early deals on video, including 99-cent streaming subscriptions.

Amazon game-streaming platform Twitch is offering huge discounts on merch and subscriptions for the next couple of weeks.

One of the best: a $10 Prime Day credit for spending $10 right now on small business products. And make sure to check out Amazon’s own Prime Day page for updates.

Get your online shopping carts ready: Amazon’s long-awaited Prime Day begins next week, and the early deals are already here.

The mega online shopping event has become a staple of the industry. For two days, Amazon slashes prices on its most-popular products and devices, while offering “flash sales” throughout the day.

Prime Day 2021 is set to kick off at midnight on Monday, June 21, and will run through Tuesday. It’s exclusive to Prime members, though, meaning if you’re not a member, you will not get discounts.

You can sign up for a 30-day free trial here. After the 30-day free trial ends, a membership costs $12.99 per month or $119 per year. You can cancel at any time, including before the free trial ends.

The online retail giant is also giving away a $10 Prime Day credit to Amazon Prime members who purchase $10 worth of products from small businesses through June 20. After the purchase is made, you’ll receive an email to claim the $10 credit.

We know, we know: We’ve been talking about Prime Day 2021 a lot lately. Though Monday, June 21 and Tuesday, June 22, are still days away, it’s hard not to get excited about Amazon’s bevy of discounts on some of our favorite products. We’re going to let you in on a little secret, though: There are some deals you don’t even need to wait for! That’s because the retailer—and plenty of others—have them currently listed for awesome prices.

For instance, you can get two fourth-generation Echo Dot smart speakers, normally priced at $99.98 for the pair, for $49.98 with the special coupon code PDDOT2PK applied at checkout at Amazon. That’s about the same price as you’d pay to get a single Dot speaker for its list price of $49.99—in fact, it’s a penny cheaper! With its striking, orb-like design and surprisingly-good-for-the-size sound, it’s no wonder why the Echo Dot is one of our favorite smart speakers.

If you’re looking to take your music on-the-go, you can try the Jabra Elite 85t wireless earbuds, now $50 off now at $179.99, during at Best Buy’s competing The Bigger Deal sale. These buds are our favorite wireless earbuds thanks to the outstanding features, impressive noise-canceling and rich, crafted sound they provide.

There’s a lot more where that came from—no waiting required. Check out our picks for the best deals to dive through before Prime Day 2021 rolls around.

Amazon Prime Day kicks off on June 21, but Amazon isn’t alone in offering great deals next week. In fact, several other retailers are getting in on the hype and have launched their own massive sale events, some starting before Prime Day and others taking place on the same dates, June 21 and June 22.

Target, Walmart, Best Buy and Kohl’s (just to name a few) are some of the big retailers that are all entering the ring for summer sales this year. While the exact deals haven’t been revealed yet, we rounded up everything you need to know in order to save big next week.

Read on for everywhere you can shop and save, even if you don’t have Amazon Prime. (And stay tuned, because more sales from additional retailers are slated to kick off this weekend!)
