Innovation Home’s female entrepreneurs have entered into a meaningful partnership with CapMan Real Estate and are ready to offer a solution to the rapidly changing office market.
Their first collaboration location is Innovation Home Kamppi in Helsinki, Finland. The future innovation center is a spacious 7000m2 in size and it is centrally located in Kamppi at: Kansakoulukatu 3, in the heart of Helsinki. CapMan has already started the renovation of the building and the renovation is expected to take just over a year and is scheduled to be completed in early 2022. With the opening of Innovation Home Kamppi, Innovation Home can offer a community for over 5000 members. Previous Innovation Home business home and coworking spaces are located in Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere, Lapland, Singapore and Los Angeles.
Four years ago, Innovation Home was among the first to bring the Coworking culture from Silicon Valley to Finland. We are now ready to take a big step forward and create a new approach to office services as a whole. Innovation Home is a unique business home concept that awakens emotions, combining its own virtual platform, a closeknit community, eight previous locations (most recently Levi, Singapore, Los Angeles), the latest megatrends in the office world, different work environments and hybrid solutions, says Petra Ertuli-, CEO of Innovation Home.
This will become an incredible innovation center, we are building a whole new ensemble for the industry market. We primarily aim for tenants such as IT, consulting, digital marketing and design offices, including startups and especially experts in the music and gaming industry, as well as service providers supporting startup entrepreneurship, suitable for this ever growing community, says Markku Jskelinen, Investment Director at CapMan.
According to CapMan’s Asset Manager Charlotta Monto, Innovation Home will also include a coworking space in order to cover as many different business needs as possible.
