New PTAB Boutique Law Firm McNish PLLC Launches

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (October 5, 2020) – McNish PLLC, a new boutique law firm focusing on Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings and Federal Circuit appeals, has opened for business. From New York, New York, McNish PLLC will serve a national and international client base, with an emphasis on the high-tech and medical device industries.

Kevin McNish, a registered patent attorney with first-chair experience spanning more than 80 inter partes reviews (IPRs) and other PTAB proceedings, will run McNish PLLC. Before leaving to launch McNish PLLC, he was most recently a partner at Desmarais LLP, where he built and led that firm’s nationally recognized PTAB practice. He has also briefed and argued appeals of PTAB proceedings at the Federal Circuit.
