Spotify has teamed up with Warner Bros. and DC comics to launch exclusive podcasts on your favorite DC characters, including Batman, Justice League and more.
The streaming platform announced the multiyear partnership earlier today. So, DC fans can soon expect to hear podcast exploring the your favorite superheroes (or villains) within the DC universe. The partnership also involves Warner Bros., which means that they are likely to expand into podcasts about the company’s other properties such as Buffy or Supernatural.
The creative component will be helmed by Blue Ribbon Content and Warner Bros. Television Group’s digital studio. Previously, Marvel had launched three audio projects in collaboration with podcast company Stitcher. This resulted in several podcasts including Wolverine: The Long Night, Wolverine: The Lost Trail, and Marvels.
