At the National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai in November 2019, the GAA (Global Art Agency) hosted the first Shanghai global art Fair, in the recent global art news as part of the Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo (NECC). The Yangtze River Delta International Industries Expo includes the Shanghai International Art Fair (iCiE). The rise of the region’s cultural industry is being celebrated.
