IMS Announces Major Job Fair at Pensacola Campus for Military Spouses, Transitioning Veterans, and Members of the Public

Company seeks to fill more than twenty open positions across several departments and roles

Pensacola, Fla.  |   IMS Consulting & Expert Services will host a half-day in-person job fair at its Pensacola, Florida campus on Monday, June 7, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Central.

The award-winning national employer with offices in New York, Oakland, Dallas, and Pensacola is seeking to fill more than twenty open positions, most of which can be worked remotely. The event will be open to the public, and precautions around COVID-19 safety will be followed for all attendees. For the job fair, IMS is welcoming members of the public and encouraging participation from the region’s military community. IMS has worked with NAS Pensacola’s Fleet and Family Support program for approximately two years, continuing the company’s efforts to hire and retain military spouses and veterans transitioning out of active duty and into civilian careers.

Directors and team members from several departments across the organization will be in attendance at the job fair to provide job fair participants feedback on the culture of IMS, the unique aspects of each department’s roles and available positions, and to answer job-seekers’ questions. Job fair participants will have the opportunity to learn about the unique work each department advances and the extensive work IMS engages in to deliver unparalleled service to the firm’s clients, which include some of the world’s most influential attorneys representing Fortune 500 clientele.

Attendees may have opportunities to participate in pre-interviews with department directors and hiring managers, and will receive gifts from the company. Departments that will be represented at the job fair include legal research, expert witness recruiting, project coordination, finance and accounting, revenue operations, marketing, and human resources.

IMS is seeking to fill more than twenty open positions, including entry- and intermediate-level positions in roles in the areas of billing, data entry, scheduling, marketing, and legal research. Most of the positions featured at the job fair can be performed remotely, and the company can accommodate military spouses IMS and employees residing in most states.

IMS currently employs more than 155 team members with offices in Pensacola, Oakland, Dallas, and New York, and extends remote work options to team members in most roles. The company has earned distinction as a Florida Trend “Best Company To Work For in Florida” and additional recognition for excellent company culture from organizations including Studer Community Institute’s EntreCon.

The company offers a best-in-class comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401K, ongoing and extensive professional development opportunities, and an award-winning vibrant corporate culture.

Registration is not required for the job fair, which is open to the public.
