— Maria, you are often described as a doctor who thinks not in terms of treatments but in terms of systems. Where does this come from?
— Perhaps it’s in my blood. I am a fourth-generation physician. I was born in Ukraine, and my professional path began very early – in 1997, I joined an American Medical Education Program in Eastern Europe. I later studied at the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy, starting with nursing, then continuing to the medical faculty and eventually specializing in dermatology in 2013.
Throughout this journey, I came to a clear understanding: a patient cannot be “divided into zones”. Treatment must be comprehensive, built on logic, sequence and a predictable outcome.
— You have been working in aesthetics since 2006. Was this a conscious decision?
— I originally wanted to become a surgeon. However, my own skin condition led me to search for solutions, and step by step I resolved it. Then people began asking me to help – friends of friends – and for a while I still considered it just a hobby.
But it was never about simply “making someone look beautiful”. It was about tissue quality, skin health, proper regeneration and the prevention of aging. Over time, I realized that this work is also about a deeper transformation – a new perception of oneself.
— Your name is closely associated with Liquid Laser. How did this technology emerge?
— In 2015 I developed the LIQUID LASER protocol as a clear, reproducible system for professionals. It became widely recognized not because of the name only but because it is scalable. When there is a precise algorithm, a specialist in any country can achieve a predictable result.
Today, LIQUID LASER is used in more than 50 countries.

— In 2021 you introduced Exosomal Liquid Laser. What changed fundamentally?
— I would not call it an update – it is an evolution. In 2021 I developed EXOSOMAL LIQUID LASER to address more complex clinical challenges: skin quality, recovery management and tissue resources.
The protocol combines controlled stimulation – through acids and microchanneling – with intensive regenerative support using exosomes. These are intercellular messengers that deliver signals such as growth factors, anti-inflammatory cytokines and amino acids.
This allows us to achieve visible skin renewal within a relatively short timeframe – approximately 5 days even in more complex cases.
— Your work has also been recognized internationally, including an award in Monaco. Could you tell us about that?
— Yes, this was an important professional milestone. On March 27, 2024, at the AMWC Congress in Monaco, a Dermoaroma Group product – Radiance – used in combination with my protocol integrated with a microneedling device, received the award for Best Aesthetic Product & Device Integration.
I developed the scientific rationale and presented the clinical outcomes observed in patients. For me, this recognition confirms that consistent and distinctive clinical results are acknowledged at the highest international level.
— You have also developed several other approaches. Which of them are most important to you?
— My principle is to create methods that can be easily shared and replicated. Among the key developments:
- DYNAMIC FACE (2013)– a full-face approach rather than fragmented corrections
● HYDROPLASMA (2022) – a device-based project, unfortunately paused due to the war
● EXOPEEL (2025) – a new level of work with skin texture and controlled renewal, integrating my previous experience
— Before the war you had your own clinic in Kyiv. How did that period shape your work?
— I founded M.D.A. Ukraine and the clinic DR. FEDCHUK Premium Anti-Aging in Kyiv. Due to the war I was forced to leave – which was extremely difficult as there was a team, patients, and a fully developed system.
However, there are things that cannot be taken away: knowledge, methods, experience and the ability to teach. After relocating I shifted my focus to international education and scaling my protocols through the United States.
— Is this where MTS US comes in?
— Yes. I am the Co-Founder and Medical Director of MTS US. At the same time, my work in Ukraine continues through M.D.A. Ukraine as a platform for innovative solutions in aesthetics and anti-aging.
These represent two pillars of one system: Ukraine as the foundation and expertise and the United States as a global market and scaling platform.

— You are also an international trainer. Which organizations have you collaborated with?
— I have worked with Allergan Medical Institute, Dermoaroma Group, PB SERUM Medical, WiQo Med, DTS MG and ABG Lab. For me being an international trainer carries significant responsibility – it is essential that the protocols remain safe and effective in the hands of other professionals.
— What about your involvement in professional communities?
— I am a member of several international associations. In the United States, these include AAAAM, AAAM, IPS and IASCT. I have also been invited to ICBRT as a potential member of the Certifying Board – which is particularly meaningful as it reflects recognition of expertise rather than popularity.
In Europe, I also maintain professional memberships as part of continuous development.
— You frequently speak at major congresses. How did this begin?
— My international speaking career began in 2013 at Laser Florence. Since then I have participated in major industry events including IMCAS in Paris, as well as congresses in London, Monaco and other global platforms.
However, what matters most to me is not the stage itself but the outcome – when specialists leave with a different way of thinking and applying knowledge in practice.
— And now in the United States – what is the scale of your work?
— In the U.S. I have participated in professional events in various formats, and between 2024 and 2025, I conducted more than 100 online workshops for the American Aesthetic community.
We also maintain strategic presence through exhibitions and professional events in key states, including California, New York, Florida, Texas, Nevada, and Illinois.
— How would you define your “formula of impact”?
— I do not simply treat clients – I develop protocols that influence how other specialists practice. I teach, I share knowledge, I refine technologies and I make complex concepts manageable.
When you help thousands of professionals think more broadly – in terms of full-face analysis, tissue quality and regeneration – that is a contribution with international value.
— And finally, on a personal level – what keeps you going?
— Values. Growth and Contribution. I am married, a mother of three daughters and I understand very clearly that true strength is not about never falling – it is about getting back up and continuing forward.
This is how I live in aesthetics, in medicine, in education, and in the creation of new technologies.
