As part of a continuing growth plan, Dr. Schwartz will work closely with the leadership team to assist attorneys with high-stakes litigation. Dr. Schwartz\u2019s litigation experience includes antitrust and intellectual property cases in federal court, complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration.  Dr. Schwartz has also testified before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Tax Court, and state regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n
