OneSpan also withdrew its fiscal 2020 guidance.<\/p>\n On this news, the Company’s shares fell $12.36<\/span>, or nearly 40%, to close at $18.84<\/span> per share on August 12, 2020<\/span>.<\/p>\n The complaint filed alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
