Since April 2020<\/span>, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the world’s premier organization for office and industrial commercial real estate professionals, has surveyed its members, for a monthly Snapshot Sentiment Survey. The results help continually assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the commercial real estate market. SIOR brokers, considered the most accomplished and respected brokers in the industry, reported on the previous month’s transaction details and confidence in the market six months from now.<\/p>\n After six months of results, the survey has produced a clear picture: the market is slowly and steadily improving, despite many of the negative narratives.
