This follows a successful placing by Bank Degroof Petercam NV\/SA and Belfius Bank NV\/SA, raising approximately €73.70 million, or up to €84.75 million (US$100m), assuming the exercise in full of the Over-allotment Option, for the Company before expenses, at a price of €17.00 per share.<\/p>\n
