MDJM LTD, an integrated real estate services company in China<\/span>, today announced that on September 9, 2020<\/span>, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”), confirming that the Company had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(3) (the “Minimum Public Holders Rule” or the “Rule”) .<\/p>\n As previously reported on August 5, 2020, the Company received a deficiency letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of NASDAQ on August 3, 2020, indicating that the Company was not in compliance with the Minimum Public Holders Rule, which requires companies listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market to have at least 300 public holders for continued listing. Based on the Company’s email to NASDAQ dated September 2, 2020<\/span>, the Company had more than 300 public holders.
