Lumina Gold Corp.<\/strong> is pleased to announce that the Company has filed on SEDAR an independent technical report (the “Report”) prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects<\/em> (“NI 43-101”) supporting the results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) for the development of its Cangrejos gold-copper project located in southwest, Ecuador (the “Project”). The results of the PEA were previously reported in the Company’s news release dated June 9, 2020 and there are no material differences in the Report from those results. The effective date of the Report is June 8, 2020.<\/p>\n Preliminary Economic Assessment Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n The PEA is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
