It’s 2020, and nothing fazes people anymore. Almost no one bat an eyelid when the Pentagon released official footage of possible UFO sightings<\/a>. Nevertheless, interplanetary exchanges are always fun to watch.<\/p>\n The latest galactical marvel was spotted and captured a few days ago in Tokyo, Japan, where residents witnessed a massive fireball entering the Earth’s atmosphere and exploding with a loud bang at 2.30am local time.<\/p>\n The space debris—described to be a “particularly bright meteor” that was “brighter than the full moon”—might have gone unnoticed by those who were already asleep, but according to The Japan Times<\/a> and BGR<\/a>, it went out with a thunderous sonic boom that would undoubtedly stir some of them awake.<\/p>\n Someone managed to record the scene, and noted in the video’s description, “I’m surprised that the meteor [created] a halo.”<\/p>\n Thankfully, no one reported serious damage.
