Dior kicked off Paris Fashion Week with a mystical short film, titled Le Mythe Dior, featuring its Autumn\/Winter 2020 haute couture pieces in miniature size.<\/p>\n
As the coronavirus pandemic<\/a> has put a pause on physical fashion shows, Dior’s artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri decided to pepper fantasy into its digital showcase.<\/p>\n Directed by Italian filmmaker Matteo Garrone, the short film sees a dollhouse traveling through the woods, and viewers soon meet the mystical creatures within the forested grounds.<\/p>\n The doll house featured tiny, scaled versions of couture dresses, which were later worn by woodland nymphs in their full-sized versions.
