Michigan-based Community Financial Credit Union has selected the Orpheus banking platform from Access Softek.<\/p>\n

The credit union was looking for a new online banking portal for its 77,000 members. Already a seven-year client of Access Softek, it opted to extend its agreement following 18% growth in mobile channel usage last year.<\/p>\n
“We signed on for Orpheus to create a more consistent experience for our members,” says Bill Lawton, chief executive officer at Community Financial CU.<\/p>\n
“With more and more members opting to interact with us digitally, it is vital that our members are happy with their experience.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1951, Community Financial CU operates 13 branch locations across the Wolverine State. It claims to control more than $1 billion in assets.<\/p>\n
The credit union is an extensive user of Access Softek systems. It deploys the vendor’s solutions across mobile banking, online banking, account opening and authentication.<\/p>\n
