WILMINGTON, N.C. \u2014 26\/09\/2026 \u2014 When Andrea Payne and Theresa Hoffman opened the doors of SALT \u2013 A Well Labs+ Medspa, they set out to build something they felt was missing in the Wilmington market: a medical aesthetics practice that treated clinical rigor and genuine patient care as equally important. Today, SALT operates three locations across Wilmington and Hampstead, staffed by a team of nationally trained, credentialed injectors and aestheticians, and stands as one of the Cape Fear region’s fastest-growing women-founded medical practices.<\/p>\n

Payne and Hoffman’s partnership combines complementary backgrounds in clinical practice and patient experience, a pairing they say has shaped every decision since SALT’s earliest days.
