London, 19 September 2026.<\/strong> Oitoo is a personal training and injury rehabilitation service that helps people recover from injury, move better and build strength that lasts. The team works with clients in person in central London and online from anywhere, covering everything from back pain and sciatica to sport and overuse injuries.<\/p>\n

Oitoo was built around a common gap. Many people finish physiotherapy but are not ready for a normal gym, and a normal gym is not set up to train around an injury. Oitoo works in that middle ground. It combines a full assessment, corrective exercise and proper strength training so clients can move from injury to full fitness with confidence.<\/p>\n

Every client starts with an assessment. The team looks at current fitness, biomechanics, any injuries, nutrition, recovery and body composition, and can also review data from fitness trackers. From there, the coach builds a plan around the person and their goals, whether that is coming back from an injury, getting stronger, or simply training with expert guidance. Clients can train at Oitoo’s central London locations or online from anywhere.<\/p>\n

Oitoo is led by its founder, Rui Reis, a personal trainer with a background in sports science and a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist, with over two decades of experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost people are told to either rest or push through, and neither really works on its own,\u201d said Rui Reis, founder of Oitoo. \u201cWe sit between the clinic and the gym. We assess properly, we train around the injury, and we keep going until someone is not just free of pain but genuinely strong again.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
