This is a revolutionary attempt to shape screen use according to the time habits of clients using the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ch\/app\/fwrd-screen-time\/id6758464845?l=it&amp;platform=mac\"  rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">companion app<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FWRD has built its product with a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fwrd.store\/\"  rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">wellness-first mind-set<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. FWRD does not frame the use of phones as a failing on the part of an individual. Instead, it focuses on enabling people to make better choices guilt-free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cLike a lot of people, I was glued to my phone,\u201d said Menan Subramani, Founder of FWRD Wellness. \u201cIt was making me feel stressed and unmotivated. I would stay up too late scrolling and then reach for it the second I woke up. It affected my sleep and my mood before the day had even started.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This product is also meant to assist in the creation of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fwrd.store\/\"  rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">healthier sleeping habits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The brand offers the ability for consumers to block apps which may distract users prior to sleeping. This will provide assistance in allowing individuals to have a less stressful and more peaceful evening and help them unwind before bed time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Additionally, FWRD helps individuals be more present in their day-to-day life by cutting back on the amount of times they check the unnecessary parts of the phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Moreover, FWRD still sticks to its aim of helping <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fwrd.store\/\"  rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">reduce the level of stress and anxiety<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> associated with the constant stimulation from the digital world. It understands that too many notifications and the need to check the applications constantly can hinder the ability of an individual to shut down mentally. I needed to feel better. That is why we started FWRD. We wanted to address phone use as a wellness problem and focus on how it affects sleep, stress and the ability to be present.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The NFC-enabled screen time card forms the first product in FWRD\u2019s product road map. The company plans to create more digital wellness products, which are based on three pillars: improved sleep, presence, and minimized stress and anxiety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe look at this problem differently,\u201d said Subramani. \u201cMost people ask how technology can make someone more productive.
