The United Beauty Award (UBA)<\/b> is an international professional recognition platform that honors excellence across the global beauty industry. This year, the competition drew participants from more than 50 countries, with each category drawing an exceptionally competitive field of nominees.<\/p>\n
In the “Best Manager \/ Business Leader” category – which evaluates leadership competencies, operational excellence, and managerial impact\u00a0 Oliinyk emerged as the sole laureate. The selection was conducted by an independent international jury composed of seasoned industry experts. Oliinyk’s win is the natural culmination of years of hands-on experience and continuous professional development. Her career in the beauty industry began in Ukraine, where she rose from executive assistant at Kyiv’s Bo Nova Beauty Studio to operations manager and internal process consultant at Royal Hair Salon. That ground-level management experience became the cornerstone of her consulting practice.<\/p>\n
In January 2023, Oliinyk relocated to the United States to compete in one of the world’s most demanding markets. By 2025, she had founded I.O. Beauty Consulting LLC, based in California. Today, she works with beauty studio and salon owners to build sustainable operational models, adapt their businesses to the nuances of the American market, and implement solutions at the intersection of marketing, service delivery, and management.<\/p>\n
At the heart of her success is a distinctive methodology that blends rigorous analytics with empathy – pairing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) with a deeply human-centered management philosophy. Oliinyk approaches the salon business holistically, examining everything from the client journey and service offering to team dynamics and the emotional climate within the workplace.<\/p>\n
The UBA 2026 title is far from her first recognition. Oliinyk has previously been honored with the Ukrainian Business Award for implementing effective business models and quality standards, and she holds the distinction of Senior Member of the Eurasian Beauty Guild.<\/p>\n
