\n\u2014 Perhaps it\u2019s in my blood. I am a fourth-generation physician. I was born in Ukraine, and my professional path began very early \u2013 in 1997, I joined an American Medical Education Program in Eastern Europe. I later studied at the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy, starting with nursing, then continuing to the medical faculty and eventually specializing in dermatology in 2013.<\/p>\n
Throughout this journey, I came to a clear understanding: a patient cannot be \u201cdivided into zones\u201d. Treatment must be comprehensive, built on logic, sequence and a predictable outcome.<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0You have been working in aesthetics since 2006. Was this a conscious decision?<\/b>
\n\u2014 I originally wanted to become a surgeon. However, my own skin condition led me to search for solutions, and step by step I resolved it. Then people began asking me to help \u2013 friends of friends \u2013 and for a while I still considered it just a hobby.<\/p>\n
But it was never about simply \u201cmaking someone look beautiful\u201d. It was about tissue quality, skin health, proper regeneration and the prevention of aging. Over time, I realized that this work is also about a deeper transformation \u2013 a new perception of oneself.<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0Your name is closely associated with Liquid Laser. How did this technology emerge?<\/b>
\n\u2014 In 2015 I developed the LIQUID LASER protocol as a clear, reproducible system for professionals. It became widely recognized not because of the name only but because it is scalable. When there is a precise algorithm, a specialist in any country can achieve a predictable result.<\/p>\n
Today, LIQUID LASER is used in more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n

\u2014\u00a0In 2021 you introduced Exosomal Liquid Laser. What changed fundamentally?<\/b>
\n\u2014 I would not call it an update \u2013 it is an evolution. In 2021 I developed EXOSOMAL LIQUID LASER to address more complex clinical challenges: skin quality, recovery management and tissue resources.<\/p>\n
The protocol combines controlled stimulation \u2013 through acids and microchanneling \u2013 with intensive regenerative support using exosomes. These are intercellular messengers that deliver signals such as growth factors, anti-inflammatory cytokines and amino acids.<\/p>\n
This allows us to achieve visible skin renewal within a relatively short timeframe \u2013 approximately 5 days even in more complex cases.<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0Your work has also been recognized internationally, including an award in Monaco. Could you tell us about that?<\/b>
\n\u2014 Yes, this was an important professional milestone. On March 27, 2024, at the AMWC Congress in Monaco, a Dermoaroma Group product \u2013 Radiance \u2013 used in combination with my protocol integrated with a microneedling device, received the award for\u00a0Best Aesthetic Product & Device Integration<\/i>.<\/p>\n
I developed the scientific rationale and presented the clinical outcomes observed in patients. For me, this recognition confirms that consistent and distinctive clinical results are acknowledged at the highest international level.<\/p>\n
\u2014\u00a0You have also developed several other approaches. Which of them are most important to you?<\/b> \u2014\u00a0Before the war you had your own clinic in Kyiv. How did that period shape your work?<\/b> However, there are things that cannot be taken away: knowledge, methods, experience and the ability to teach. After relocating I shifted my focus to international education and scaling my protocols through the United States.<\/p>\n \u2014\u00a0Is this where MTS US comes in?<\/b> These represent two pillars of one system: Ukraine as the foundation and expertise and the United States as a global market and scaling platform.<\/p>\n \u2014\u00a0You are also an international trainer. Which organizations have you collaborated with?<\/b> \u2014\u00a0What about your involvement in professional communities?<\/b> In Europe, I also maintain professional memberships as part of continuous development.<\/p>\n \u2014\u00a0You frequently speak at major congresses. For me being an international trainer carries significant responsibility \u2013 it is essential that the protocols remain safe and effective in the hands of other professionals.<\/p>\n
\n\u2014 I am a member of several international associations. In the United States, these include AAAAM, AAAM, IPS and IASCT. I have also been invited to ICBRT as a potential member of the Certifying Board \u2013 which is particularly meaningful as it reflects recognition of expertise rather than popularity.<\/p>\n
\n\u2014 My international speaking career began in 2013 at Laser Florence. Since then I have participated in major industry events including IMCAS in Paris, as well as congresses in London, Monaco and other global platforms.<\/p>\n
\n\u2014 In the U.S. I have participated in professional events in various formats, and between 2024 and 2025, I conducted more than 100 online workshops for the American Aesthetic community.<\/p>\n
\n\u2014 I do not simply treat clients \u2013 I develop protocols that influence how other specialists practice. I teach, I share knowledge, I refine technologies and I make complex concepts manageable.<\/p>\n
