SAN MATEO, California \u2014 March 10, 2026 \u2014<\/strong> Peershot LLC today announced a special St. Patrick\u2019s Day partnership with Peermining.org<\/a> to support the continued development and growth of the Peercoin ecosystem. As part of the celebration, Peershot will sponsor a one-day matching donation to the Peercoin Foundation based on the mining pool\u2019s total rewards generated on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

The campaign is designed to encourage community participation in Peercoin mining while generating additional funding for ongoing development, education, and ecosystem initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy matching the day\u2019s mining totals, we hope that good fortune\u2014and strong hash power\u2014will translate into a meaningful boost for the Peercoin Foundation and the broader ecosystem,\u201d said Kan Devnani, co-founder of Peershot LLC.<\/p>\n

Participants can join the mining pool at Peermining.org before or during the March 17 event using a wide range of SHA-256 compatible mining hardware. This includes tabletop miners such as Bitaxe, Lotto Miner, and Lucky Miner, as well as professional ASIC equipment like Bitmain Antminer, MicroBT WhatsMiner, and Canaan Avalon.<\/p>\n

\u201cMining has always played an important role in distributing Peercoin and bringing new participants into the network,\u201d added Mark Phillips, CTO of Peershot LLC. \u201cWe hope this St. Patrick\u2019s Day event encourages new and existing miners to join in and contribute to the future of the Peercoin ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>\n
