The hotel is located at 1801 South San Tan Village Parkway, Gilbert and will operate as a Marriott franchise, offering guests a modern lodging experience designed to meet the needs of today\u2019s business and leisure travelers. <\/span>Generation Hospitality Group<\/span><\/a>, based out of Utah, will manage the hotel. Generation Hospitality Group is excited to expand their management portfolio in Arizona with the SpringHill Suites Phoenix Gilbert.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SpringHill Suites Phoenix Gilbert<\/span> is the anchor of Gilbert\u2019s new Northside at SanTan Village development which features convenient access to Loop 202 and Phoenix\u2019s East Valley. Current Northside tenants include locally owned and operated franchises such as The NOW Massage, Face FOUNDRIE, The Workshop Pilates, and The Milkshake Factory.
