FRANKLIN, Tenn<\/b> \u2014 Lynch Regenerative Medicine, LLC (LRM), a biotech company focused on developing products for the aesthetic medicine and skin regeneration market,\u00a0 has signed a lease for approximately 23,000 square feet at Two Greenway in Franklin, TN marking a major expansion from its previous home at Innovation Park in Franklin. The new footprint includes more than 7,000 square feet of laboratory space\u2014an increasingly rare find in the Middle Tennessee commercial real estate market.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction was brokered by Eric Elmquist, principal at Covalent Properties, a middle Tennessee real estate advisory firm with specialized experience in addressing the needs of science and technology tenants. Elmquist was tasked with identifying a space that could support a laboratory buildout despite limited existing lab infrastructure in the Cool Springs submarket.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis market isn\u2019t built for lab users\u2014at least not yet,\u201d said Elmquist. \u201cBut when a company like Lynch Regenerative Medicine is growing and needs highly specialized space, it\u2019s our job to make the deal work. That meant finding a landlord willing to think creatively and build something new within a conventional office market.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur move to Two Greenway reflects the momentum we\u2019re experiencing as a company,\u201d said Dr. Samuel Lynch, founder and CEO. \u201cEric\u00a0 and Covalent Properties were essential to this transition. They understood our technical needs and navigated the market on our behalf, ultimately delivering a solution that positions us for the next stage of growth.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Two Greenway, located on Innovation Drive and operated by Boyle Investment Company, is a Class A office development that will now house one of the region\u2019s newest lab-enabled suites. While the building was not originally built for lab use, the first-floor location allowed for upgrading the necessary infrastructure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Covalent Properties, the deal and lab space buildout underscore its experience solving the unique challenges of science-forward companies as they find and build out space in emerging innovation ecosystems like Middle Tennessee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
