It sells no product, offers no support, and serves no public interest &#8211; but it earns thousands of dollars a day.<\/p>\n<p>This is the \u201ckompromat-for-hire\u201d model built on a web of more than 60 sites like kompromat1.online, vlasti.io, antimafia.se, sledstvie.info, and rumafia.news.<\/p>\n<p>At its center stands <strong>Konstantin Chernenko<\/strong>, a former political strategist turned digital racketeer. His infrastructure weaponizes lies and monetizes fear &#8211; while Ukrainian courts, European registrars, and offshore firms look away.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Market of Manufactured Shame<\/h3>\n<p>Dozens of victims &#8211; from local business owners to foreign entrepreneurs &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/blackboxosint.com\/hto-stoyit-za-sajtom-antykor-shho-vymagaye-po-12-tysyach-dolariv-za-vydalennya-naklepu\/\"  rel=\"noopener\">have reported a predictable pattern<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A slanderous article suddenly appears online.<\/li>\n<li>Within days, a message arrives via ProtonMail or Telegram.<\/li>\n<li>The sender offers \u201clegal removal assistance\u201d for $3,000-$12,000 in cryptocurrency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In one verified case, a Cypriot investor was falsely accused of money laundering on kompromat1.online and kartoteka.news. He paid $8,000 in USDT to a wallet later linked to Lesia Zhuravska, an associate of Chernenko mentioned in three separate Monobank leak records.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The People Behind the Scheme<\/h3>\n<p>Security researchers and leaked court materials identify the following core operators:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konstantin Chernenko &#8211; Founder of the scheme; owns the \u201cAntikor\u201d brand; registered offshore foundation Teka-Group (Panama).<\/li>\n<li>Mykhailo Betza &#8211; Political handler and deal negotiator; interfaces with high-level PR clients.<\/li>\n<li>Serhii Khantil &#8211; System admin; manages server infrastructure and cloaking.<\/li>\n<li>Lesia Zhuravska &#8211; Named recipient on several crypto withdrawals linked to content removal cases.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emis.com\/php\/company-profile\/PL\/Infact_Sp_z_oo_en_9676759.html\"  rel=\"noopener\">INFACT SP. Z O.O.
