Matt Wilmot<\/strong><\/a> specializes in regulatory and compliance matters, including institutional compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, HIPAA regulations, EMTALA, the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, licensure and accreditation, and physician contracting. Matt represents clients in the health care industry during mergers and acquisitions, providing guidance through the unique considerations of these transactions. Additionally, he offers general counsel services, managing daily legal issues, contracting needs, medical staff matters, and corporate governance for health care clients.<\/p>\n

With significant experience in regulatory compliance and white-collar litigation, Matt has conducted government and internal investigations for clients in health care, finance, education, and other regulated sectors.
