 Commercial real estate brokers Kara Riggle Collesano<\/span> and Yumi Goodman<\/span> today announced the launch of 92c Partners (92c), a women-owned commercial real estate firm based in Indianapolis<\/span>. 92c will be one of only a select few certified Women Business Enterprises (WBE) in the state of Indiana<\/span> providing commercial real estate brokerage services—a point of pride for the co-founding partners who put forward over 34 years of combined experience.<\/p>\n

Riggle Collesano and Goodman chose the name 92c in recognition of the 92 counties in Indiana<\/span>, where the firm will be headquartered. “We developed this team on the shared value of delivering tailored solutions with a strong emphasis on client experience,” says Co-founding Partner, Kara Riggle Collesano<\/span>. “Our service model is simple, provide clients with superior level of service as if they were our only client.”<\/p>\n

92c specializes in assisting corporate and government clients with all aspects of their real estate needs to support their business objectives, providing a full spectrum of services including brokerage, strategic planning, project management, lease audits, and portfolio administration.<\/p>\n

The partners believe that diversity of perspective will lead to innovation. “We’re proud to be part of the changing landscape in commercial real estate as female business owners,” says Co-Founding Partner, Yumi Goodman<\/span>. “Taking this leap is exciting and allows us to do what we love…solve problems big and small, from start to finish. Prior to forming 92c, Goodman was a Principal at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate.  She also worked with the Office Advisory Services Group of CBRE in both the Chicago<\/span> and Indianapolis<\/span> offices.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University<\/span> and lives in Carmel<\/span> with her husband and two children.<\/p>\n

Riggle Collesano was previously a Principal as well as Director of Government Services at RESOURCE.  She attended Indiana University<\/span>, where she earned her Bachelor of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.  She currently lives in Geist with her husband.<\/p>\n
