Broomfield, CO (November 2, 2021) \u2013 Stellar Senior Living, a Utah-based, family owned and operated senior living provider, and Experience Senior Living Development (ESLD), a Denver-based senior living developer, announced the expansion into Broomfield, Colorado with the formation of their joint venture and first development. The community is scheduled to open in April of 2023. The expansion seeks to serve the growing population of Broomfield and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

The three story, 115-unit community located at 1450 West 169th Avenue will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care under one roof as a fully licensed continuing care retirement community. It was designed for those wanting the Colorado lifestyle. The courtyard has been organized to accommodate food trucks, select units have full kitchens for those wanting more freedom to cook and the third-floor lounge offers unobstructed mountain views of the front range. The Broomfield senior living community will offer a wide range of amenities including all day dining with a modern coffee house and bistro open to the public, private walking paths, a salon, housekeeping, laundry services, and transportation.<\/p>\n
