The BLOOM Circles are wellness retreats designed to hold space for purpose-driven women to reset their bodies, minds, and spirits while surrounded by an empowering and supportive community.<\/p>\n

Each BLOOM Circle experience will offer teachings from a wide range of unique and gifted healers in areas like tantric embodiment, reiki and sacred energy work, mindfulness meditation, yoga, mindset shifts and supportive nutrition, and will wrap up with a music concert. This will be an unforgettable experience for those in attendance.<\/p>\n

BLOOM Circles were created by epigenetic nutritional therapist<\/strong> and mindfulness teacher Lauren<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rice<\/strong> alongside transformational life coach<\/strong> and media personality GiGi Diaz<\/strong> with the intention of building community through awareness and with the plan of growing BLOOM Circles to have international reach.<\/p>\n

The idea for the retreats came after one of the co-hosts, Lauren, had recently moved to Miami.<\/p>\n
