On October 15, at the <\/span>Mass Tort Made Perfect conference<\/span><\/a>, Attorney Copeland will be giving an update on the <\/span>Paragard IUD Litigation<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, attorney Erin Copeland was selected by District Judge Leigh Martin May to <\/span>lead the Multidistrict Litigation (MDL)<\/span><\/a> against the makers of Paragard intrauterine devices, Teva Pharmaceuticals. The intrauterine birth control device was marketed as the only 100% hormone-free IUD.
