ALUX Properties <\/strong>today announces that the City of Alpharetta has officially approved the construction of The Bailey, a state-of-the-art, multi-use new development project. The innovative campus will include an impressive array of lifestyle-meets-health features, including a luxury boutique hotel with approximately 100 rooms and conference space, a comprehensive wellness and medical office complex and class-A office space \u2013 in addition to coveted retail brands and high-end dining options.<\/p>\n

The City Council met Monday, Sept. 20 to vote on the multi-use $160 million development slated to sit on nearly five acres of land in the heart of Alpharetta at 2650 Northwinds Parkway along the AlphaLoop. With the City of Alpharetta\u2019s recent approval, The Bailey will begin its next phase of development and construction.<\/p>\n
