It was found that the overwhelming amount of overcrowding, poor or no ventilation, close habitation and dormitory-style housing are all factors that can lead to the spread of infectious diseases. With this, many prisoners who work while incarcerated, earning an average of $0.93 per hour, are realistically not covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) overview, which can in turn lead to hazardous working conditions which can further lead to health issues over time.

Correctional facilities are now taking a look at a new disinfecting technology which is safe for prisoners to be near. The Paerosol MAG, or micro-aerosol generator, is a patented and proprietary technology which takes Paerolyte’s non-toxic and organic liquid disinfectant and turns it into a dry spray. The dry spray, which consists of sub-micron particles, allows the disinfectant to disperse throughout an entire enclosed space and kills up to 99.9999% of viruses, bacteria and mold. The patented dry spray technology used in the micro-aerosol generator allows for the liquid disinfectant to leave no liquid residue anywhere in the prison cell, dining hall, or other shared spaces within the prison. This disinfection method will reach and kill viruses, bacteria, and mold on all surfaces – whether it be the cell doors or prison walls, the dry spray technology will find any malicious viruses, bacteria and mold and kill it with up to 99.9999% efficacy1.

“Using the micro-aerosol generator in prisons will be a super efficient and cost effective way to disinfect every aspect of the building – the prison system took COVID really hard, and we know that implementing this type of technology can dramatically reduce the chance of that happening again.”

Steve Gareleck, CEO of Paerosol LLC

About Paerosol – Paerosol is a platform which kills air and surface-borne mold, bacteria, and viruses at up to a 99.9999% rate of effectiveness. The Paerosol technology originated in the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (“PNNL”) which is managed and operated by Battelle Memorial Institute. As part of the Federal Lab Commission’s (“FLC”) efforts to commercialize federally owned technology within the private sector, Paerosol LLC (founded by Steve Gareleck, CEO and Scott Alderson, President) obtained the exclusive licensing rights to this disinfecting technology directly from Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Paerosol’s proprietary Dry Spray technology allows for Paerolyte’s liquid disinfectant to get into all corners and crevices of any space it’s placed in. Paerosol has been successfully tested by US & Foreign Government Agencies. The United States Defense Threat Reduction Agency successfully tested Paerosol against bio-agents including simulates of Anthrax and Ebola, common civilian and hospitals pathogens such as E Coli and Salmonella, antibiotic-resistant microbes, and viruses including H1N1 (swine flu), H5N1 (bird flu), MRSA, and the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19)2.

https://www.paerosol.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/PNNL-Paerosol-all-study-summary-from-BATTELLE-DoE.pdf, Pages 12 – 15

National Research Council. 2013. The Unique U.S.-Russian Relationship in Biological Science and Biotechnology: Recent Experience and Future Directions. Washington, DC: The National Academies Press. https://doi.org/10.17226/18277. 153.

Tags: Paerosol’s MAG, COVID Disinfection, Paerosol’s micro-aerosol generator, Paerosol LLC, Steve Gareleck, CEO of Paerosol LLC

See Campaign: https://www.paerosol.com/
Contact Information:
info@paerosol.com (843) 535 – 0500.

Tags:
Menafn, IPS, Reportedtimes, Google News, Financial Content, PR-Wirein, iCN Internal Distribution, Legal Newswire, Technology, English

Contact Information:

info@paerosol.com
(843) 535 – 0500.

CHARLESTON, S.C. – A study published in April of 2020 looked at the risks of spreading diseases throughout United States state and federal prisons.
