The Fiber Optic Power Meter with Data Storage (FPM-55)<\/strong> is the perfect power meter for measuring and recording both the absolute optical power and relative power loss in fiber optic cables. This power meter measures a variety of wavelengths from 850-1650 nm, with a mere 0.01 dB resolution and measures 8 preset calibrated wavelengths with high precision to determine absolute or relative power. The FPM-55 is also capable of storing up to 1,000 data entries that can be downloaded to a USB.<\/p>\n

The Fiber Optic Power Meter (FPM-70) <\/strong>is for long-haul applications and measures both the absolute optical power and relative power loss in fiber optic cables. The FPM-70 measurements power ranges from -70 dBm to +6 dBm and is ideal for long distance or long-haul telecom, coax, and fiber optic cables. Like the FPM-55, this tool also measures wavelengths from 800-1650 nm, with a mere 0.01 dB resolution. This power meter measures 6 preset calibrated wavelengths with high precision to determine absolute or relative power and comes with a special function that allows a user to manually calibrate the device as needed.<\/p>\n
