July 30, 2021 \u2013 Carefree Covered RV Storage, a division of Business Property Trust, proudly announced the acquisition of its first store in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, an 11-acre facility in Wylie, Texas, that will become the first all-covered RV site of its kind in the state.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The property will undergo more than $5 million in improvements, including new asphalt, installation of covered parking stalls, RV wash and dump stations, security upgrades, and a brand-new office\/welcome center off of Parker Road.\u00a0 Once redeveloped, the site will offer 515 high quality covered parking spots, ranging from 28 to 51 feet long.<\/p>\n
