Dr. Vanderhart has more than 20 years of experience evaluating and quantifying economic damages, including claims arising from patent, copyright,\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, employment discrimination, antitrust cases, FIFRA arbitrations, and claims of expropriation by foreign governments.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Vanderhart earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Texas A&M University. She received her B.A. at Trinity University, majoring in Economics and Spanish, with a minor in Math. She is fluent in Spanish.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
