And of course, their families live as well. Eating unhealthy food can affect children\u2019s eyesight, and they have to wear <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eyeweb.com\/prescription-safety-glasses\"><strong>prescription safety glasses<\/strong><\/a> for a whole life.<\/p>\n<p>But school communities are not the only place for the creation of healthy change. Some changes should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make partnerships with broader society like sporting clubs, local food cultivators, and library, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Join physical and healthy activities across the set of the courses in creative and entertaining ways.<\/li>\n<li>To provide development chances for teachers and other staff members to educate and promote healthy ways in an active way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Healthy Eating<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schools can support good healthy habits in different ways.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a unique food policy for school<\/li>\n<li>Linking parents and students to manage food strategy and they should practice in the school as well. Besides, they should allow them to collect funds for healthy eating ways.<\/li>\n<li>Provide nutritional food in the canteens of school<\/li>\n<li>Offer cool and clean water fountains<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the nutritional food give to the school canteens and marketing machines as well<\/li>\n<li>Provide useful information to the parents about healthy food options active lifestyle<\/li>\n<li>Develop a vegetable garden at school<\/li>\n<li>Provide a snack break to the students for vegetable and fresh fruit to eat<\/li>\n<li>Allow your students to bring their water bottle with them in their classroom.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a welcome environment of eating to the students for eating vegetables and fruits.
