Moze Cowper of Cowper Law LLP has been named as one of three lead attorneys in the coordinated litigation in Los Angeles involving Allergan Textured Breast Implants.  The litigation has been consolidated into a Judicial Council Coordinated Proceeding (\u201cJCCP\u201d) before Judge Hogue.<\/span><\/p>\n

On July 24, 2019, the FDA issued a voluntary global recall of Natrelle BIOCELL Textured Breast Implants and Tissue Expanders to protect individuals from the increased risk of a rare type of cancer: breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (or ALCL). <\/span><\/p>\n
