LIGL Extends Leadership Positions, Adds Alex and TracyAnn

 

Austin, TX – June 14, 2022 – LIGL, a global provider of digital evidence lifecycle orchestration software, announces two new strategic hires, adding Alex Chatzistamatis as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President, Solutions, and enlisting TracyAnn Eggen as the new Vice President, Product Transformation and Customer Success.

Alex has spent nearly two decades as a trusted advisor to organizations around the world, helping them solve complex data challenges. Previously, Alex spent nine years with Nuix where he focused on the convergence of product, technology, and the customer to provide enterprise solutions for eDiscovery, governance, digital forensics, incident response, and insider threats.

His prior experience includes the Philadelphia Police Department and Philadelphia Insurance Companies where he worked on strategic technology initiatives. Alex is also a subject matter expert on enterprise archiving, governance, and eDiscovery, and embraces cloud technology to tackle growing data volumes and disparate data types.

TracyAnn has more than 30 years of legal experience working with law firms and in legal operations. She is the current president for the San Francisco Chapter of ACEDS and as a recognized industry expert. TA dedicates her time by serving on several EDRM working groups, recently with EDRM’s Processing Guidelines.

Previously, she led Enterprise Defensible Information Governance Team for Legal Discovery and Investigations at CommonSpirit. A technically savvy leader, with a data-driven approach, she has championed the management of day-to-day operations for several organizations, establishing effective and efficient workflows. She has a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face with making strategic changes that leverage technology and maturing internal processes.

TracyAnn will steward product transformation and ensure client satisfaction for the organization.
