BLKBX Creative Group and Zuroam Media Team Up to Launch Animated Kids’ Series

BLKBX retained to shop exclusive rights for Zuroam Media’s ‘A Little Spark’ award winning, interactive children’s books to create animated television series

LOS ANGELES, CA, February 10, 2022 – Entertainment industry innovators BLKBX Creative Group and Zuroam Media announce partnership to solicit and secure a rights deal to bring the original “A Little Spark” book series to the screen in an animated kids’ TV series.  Based on the Gold Medal Award-Winning, inspirational and uniquely interactive “A Little Spark” children’s book with custom-scored soundtrack, the series is poised to transform kids’ television much as the book is redefining children’s literature.

 

Thoughtfully designed around the “Be That Spark movement utilized to engage, enthrall and influence kids to do good in the world, the creative team are launching the project as an innovative and interactive source of entertainment and educationally focused programming.

Already a multi-platform experience, adding the animated series based on this read-along story and its custom audio components will provide an added adventure for young readers. Parsons collaborated with renowned music producer Bruce Faulconer to develop the original soundtrack for the hardcover book and the accompanying audiobook.

 

The new scholastic “Be That Spark” elementary education pilot program currently underway in select U.S. cities is also quickly captivating the hearts and minds of students and teachers, alike.

 

A Little Spark book series comes complete with a free companion online Resource Library available at BeThatSpark.com, which boasts over 50 book-related family activities like coloring pages, character puppets, word searches, mazes, dance videos, character drawing video tutorials and more. A “Parent’s Guide” is also available to help parents and teachers plan and optimize the overall experience.
