Financial services law firm Murphy & McGonigle, which recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary, announced today that it has opened a new office in San Francisco<\/span>, CA. Mauricio S. Beugelmans, an accomplished financial services and securities lawyer with both in-house and law firm experience in the Bay Area, will lead the San Francisco<\/span> office. The Murphy & McGonigle office will be located at 44 Montgomery Street in the city.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “This is an exciting move for us. The Bay Area is a dynamic market for financial services and innovation across all industries, so the opening of our San Francisco<\/span> office is highly strategic, given our focus,” said James Murphy<\/span>, Chairman of Murphy & McGonigle. “We have a strong base of institutional financial services clients in the Bay Area as well as a number of innovative early stage clients leveraging blockchain, AI and IOT. Our office in San Francisco<\/span> will position us to enhance our service offerings to our West Coast clientele.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Mr. Beugelmans, who joined the firm recently from Schiff Hardin<\/span>, previously held roles at leading financial services firms Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab<\/span>.
