OvaScience, Inc.<\/em>. <\/p>\n The litigation asserts claims for alleged violations of the federal securities laws against OvaScience, Inc. (“OVASCIENCE”), BETWEEN DECEMBER 17, 2014<\/span> AND SEPTEMBER 28, 2015<\/span>, INCLUSIVE (“CLASS PERIOD”).
