claims arise from alleged contamination of groundwater, soil vapor and indoor air on and below downgradient properties, including the Greenfield Mobile Estates, Starlight Mobile Home Park, and Villa Cajon Mobile Home Estate (<em>Cox I&nbsp;<\/em>Action), and Magnolia Elementary School (<em>Trujillo&nbsp;<\/em>Action), where teachers worked and students attended school.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prntac\"><strong>Who is Included?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Cox I&nbsp;<\/em>settlement includes two Subclasses.<\/p>\n<p><u>Medical Consultation Program Subclass<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This Subclass includes every person who resided in the following mobile home park units for 1 or more calendar years from&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">January 1, 1963<\/span>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">April 14, 2020<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greenfield Mobile Estates, 400 Greenfield Drive,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span>&nbsp;92021<\/li>\n<li>Starlight Mobile Home Park, 351 E Bradley Avenue,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span>&nbsp;92021<\/li>\n<li>Villa Cajon Mobile Home Estates, 255 E Bradley Ave.,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span>&nbsp;92021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Mobile Home Coach Sampling\/Mitigation Program Subclass<\/u>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This Subclass includes every person who as of&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">April 14, 2020<\/span>, owns a mobile home coach at the following mobile home parks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greenfield Mobile Estates, 400 Greenfield Drive,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Starlight Mobile Home Park, 351 E Bradley Avenue,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span>&nbsp;92021<\/li>\n<li>Villa Cajon Mobile Home Estates, 255 E Bradley Ave.,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">El Cajon, CA<\/span>&nbsp;92021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Trujillo<\/em>&nbsp;settlement includes every person who: (1) Attended Magnolia Elementary School as a student for one or more school years from&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">January 1, 1963<\/span>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">April 14, 2020<\/span>; or (2) Worked as staff at Magnolia Elementary School for one or more school years from&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">January 1, 1963<\/span>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-chron\">April 14, 2020<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prntac\"><strong>What Does the Settlement Provide?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If&nbsp;<em>Cox I<\/em>&nbsp;is approved by the Court, a Settlement Fund of&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-money\">$1,500,000.00<\/span>&nbsp;will be established to pay for medical consultation benefits for Plaintiffs and Class Members, as well as fees and costs consistent with the Settlement Agreement; a separate&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-money\">$2,000,000<\/span>&nbsp;Settlement Fund will be established for sampling\/mitigation\/remediation of the plume, consistent with the Settlement Agreement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If&nbsp;<em>Trujillo<\/em>&nbsp;is approved by the Court, a Settlement Fund of&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-money\">$1,000,000.00<\/span>&nbsp;will be established to pay for medical consultation benefits for Plaintiffs and Class Members of that settlement, as well as fees and costs consistent with the Settlement Agreement; a separate fund of&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-money\">$500,000.00<\/span>&nbsp;will be established to pay for sampling\/mitigation\/remediation of the plume consistent with the Settlement Agreement.&nbsp; All Claim Forms for the medical consultation, must be mailed, postage prepaid, to the Claims Administrator postmarked no later than&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"xn-chron\">September 23, 2022<\/span><\/strong>.
